I have tickets for Light in the Piazza on Tuesday and I was wondering if I should listen to the music first before I saw it? I don't remember when the OBCR comes out but I know its soon. Will listeing to the music ruin the show?
Let me know!

I'd go without hearing the music, and buy the CD while you're there. The music is beautiful on first hearing, and I always find it easier to get into the story when I haven't heard the music before.
Enjoy! I think you'll love it.

It's really quite a remarkable thing and allows for a completely fresh experience - and help you create your own initial opinions. (I had only heard two songs prior to going and was completely floored by the score as a whole).
