Gold Derby's Tom O'Neil discusses Tony predictions with Michael Musto and Susan Haskins. I haven't watched all of it yet, but from what I've seen so far, they all think The Band's Visit has it in the bag as everybody else. Musto and O'Neil actually think Lauren Ambrose is going to take it even though Musto recognizes that Ambrose's performance has divided people while Lenk seems to be an accepted from the community and that people may feel that it's time to award her. Haskins thinks Lenk is going to take it, but said she'd probably vote for Ambrose if she was voting.
I take it that these predictors are only going by feelings and perception that they gathered from their personal interactions since one can't really run stats before the Tonys.
