THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA was nominated for:

-Best Motion Picture - Comedy or Musical
-Best Peformance by an Actress - Comedy or Musical (Emmy Rossum)
-Best Original Song ("Learn to be Lonely")

DE-LOVELY was nominated for:

-Best Peformance by an Actress - Comedy or Musical (Ashley Judd)
-Best Peformance by an Actor - Comedy or Musical (Kevin Kline)

Also, FINDING NEVERLAND, based on Alan Knee's "The Man Who Was Peter Pan", was nominated for five award:

-Best Motion Picture - Drama
-Best Performance by an Actor - Drama (Johnny Depp)
-Best Original Score (Jan A.P. Kaczamarek)
-Best Directing (Marc Forster)
-Best Screenplay (David Magee)

Yay for FINDING NEVERLAND!!!! I still need to see that movie. It's not even playing in my hometown. I think I gotta go to Nashville to see it.

The wide release that was supposed to take place on Nov 24 has been pushed to Christmas week.

Oh! Well, that explains it then. I was wondering why I haven't seen many trailers on TV for it.
