I just got my G.V. tkts from tdf..
Did it have a pre-broadway run somewhere?

I can't fin the rehearsal clip on broadway.com I thpught they did have it?

YUP ... they did the show VASSAR over the summer with some of this cast ... I think David Larsen and Tituss Burgess were in it.

It's going to be a great show. I can't wait to see it.

that was a great rehearsal video, i hadn't seen it before. but what infuriates me about this whole show is expressed in the video- the actors are talking about what a genius brian wilson is and how deep the non-car songs are, and then... they start dancing in front of surf boards and it's all "happy days" and i'm going... whaaa? maybe i'll just have to see the show, but they're not promoting it in the right way if it *is* a more plot centered show and less of a "mama mia" one. if you think the beach boys are all "fun fun fun" (WHY is that song in the show???) i urge you to get "pet sounds." it's a classic.

i thouht the rehearsal video looked cool. it made the show out to seem better than i thought it would be
