Does anyone know directions for how to get to Goodspeed in CT from New York City, without a car?

The directions on their website are for people who are driving.
Is there a train or bus route anyone can share?

There is no Metro North stop in East Hamden but you could always contact the theatre, and ask them about alternate transportation.
I don't know THAT area extremely well. One of the Metro stops might be close enough for a cab ride.
