Agree with Cupid Boy, its kind of a mess. I was there last week. There isn't really a focus other than to shoehorn as many songs in as possible. The show doesn't know where to focus. It feels like they want to tell a story of feminism in the 60's, then they go off in a thousand different directions with too many side characters. The music, performances and choreography are great, the book is the problem. it was very surprising to me because I love Bruce Vilanch. The book is very bland and feels like it could have been written by anyone, which surprised me given how much I have enjoyed Vilanch's work in the past. If they can fix the book, it will be a very fun show.
