I saw this show for the first time a week ago and I loved the conductor. He had more energy than most of the cast and was definitely more entertaining.

I saw Brian Sears for Roger which made some of the jokes regarding him awkward, but um, he was nice to look at and I thought he was pretty funny and endearing.

Kirsten Wyatt is so adorable you can't help but love her and Max...he was kind of likable despite his ineptitude and posturing.

I think how others feel about Cry Baby, I feel about this show. It was pretty terrible but I still had a good time.

"Kirsten Wyatt is so adorable you can't help but love her"

She's unbelievably adorable. I don't remember exactly where I read/saw it but she gave an interview once where she talked about the ugly clothes she has to wear as Frenchy and how people are always asking her where she gets them because they want them. I had the opportunity to meet her once and she was so friendly and sweet. Or in other words...adorable.

This is something that I never saw but I am most likely to get around seeing it at some point. I walked out of the Biltmore to see what they had for Top Girls tonight and I could hear them playing the CD out of the speakers across the street. I will say that the music is very catchy and I do sort of like Grease. I did see the Wessler's production a while back and I really don't remember any of it because I was around nine at the time.

I did start to watch the very beginning of the reality show but when I realized that it was crap I stopped watching it.

I had said to myself a while ago that even though I am not a fan of the reality show I am probally going to see it at some point and I am still feeling that way.

From what I heard of Max and Laura I do think that Laura has the talent to do something else on Broadway after this. And, Max was lucky that he got the role from the show because from what I have heard of him he doesn't have the talent to have made it to Broadway on his own. I am still not at all happy with the whole idea of casting people via a reality show but that is just me.

The reason why the reality show casting concept works in England and not America is because England is not at all obssed with reality shows like we are in America. They don't have them on 24/7 so it is fun to watch what few are there. I have heard of people who had watchd the reality show for the sake of watching another show where they could vote in and determine the winners even if they didn't care about the show on Broadway or even if they had no desire to see the show when it came to Broadway. I wonder how much longer this show can hold up on Broadway. I was suprsied when I looked at the poster in front of the theatre that said the producer that NBC/Universal wasn't on it. I sort of figured that since NBC do the reality show they would of put some money in the actual Broadway show itself. If they did that then that could keep the show running a good long time. But, they didn't.

No, the reason why the reality show craze works in England is because England has a greater cultural respect for theater than America does.

There are PLENTY of reality shows in England - what are you talking about? Where do you think ALL the American shows started? Pop Idol, X Factor, Supernanny, So You Think You Can Dance, Big Brother...
