Playbill.com did a nice job discussing the various layers in "The Glorious Ones." While I had wished for a little less narrative, a bit more dramatic interaction, and some true improv commedia to make the piece really soar, I did enjoy the show, the music, and the performances. The themes that Ahrens and Flaherty talk about in the Playbill interview really do hit home. The song "I Was Here" is bound to be around for a long time.
