Does anyone know what they were when they were on the Thanksgiving Day Parade last year?
So people can use them for a, y'know, revue or things like that just so they wouldn't offend anybody.

I know instead of "really classy ****" for the tony's they said "really nice crap"
and they were "drinking" hummers in my hummer.

Except that Norbert actually began to say the real line and then caught himself and went "ah...ah....CRAP"
I thought it was very funny, yet my family had no clue anything was different.

that was during the Tonys, not Thanksgiving parade.

Man, I feel smart.
In the Tony performance, they took out the whole "Nothin' crass or crappy, that would make me very happy" bit.

Yeah they prerecord everything for the parade. I hate that about the parade. Plus, Norb cannot lipsync to save his life! It was pretty tought to watch...

I have noticed that most Broadway Stars cannot lip sync to save their lives. I think it has to do with the whole idea that they SING live 8 shows a week and the idea of doing something pre recorded (unless you are Phantom of the Opera or Bombay Dreams which for different reasons had pre recorded singing)....

I wish that my VCR didn't eat my tape from the Macy's parade because I loved the clean lyrics for Great Big Stuff. From time to time I sing it just because it's so funny.
