Did anyone else have crappy service/results with QuasiWorld when ordering Grey Gardens merchandise online? I ordered a baseball cap and Jerry Likes My Corn sleeveless shirt (as gifts no less). I never got the stuff, I left four voicemails and never heard back. They took my $43.60 but didn't send a thing and weren't responsive. I just want my stuff!

Posted: 7/23/07 at 6:28pmI got a call back today from QuasiWorld. Well, my stuff didn't ship in May and of course they're out of it. I am getting my $$ refunded though. And as a consolation they're sending me a souvenir program and key chain. Not the stuff I ordered but not bad customer service...finally. The guy said since the closing was announced, distributors (i.e., eBay members) have been buying in huge quantities.
