I passed-by the Nederlander Theatre yesterday and noticed that the "Guys & Dolls" signs were up and workers were doing the marquee. Sadly, the last time I passed-by, the "Rent" signs were still up. On the other hand I was heartened as both shows are of the highest quality and worthy of the Nederlander.
