Yes, I'm pretty sure all student rush tickets are partial view. However I know one time my friend rushed Spring Awakening she was told the tickets were partial view but when she got to the box office window the guy sold her a 2nd row center full view seat for rush price (she didn't even ask for it). So I guess yes technally the policy is parital view but it depends on who you get at the box office. Also if the show isn't selling out and they have a bunch of full view's left most likely they'll give you that bc if they don't think they'd get full price for it, it's better to get $26.50 for a seat then have it left empty.
TKTS: I've personally never used it, but I know the tickets are between $55-70 each. My mom used it once for Beauty and the Beast(back when it was on bway) and she got tickets for $65 I think she said they came to $69 each with TKTS fees, and they were last row center ORC. Which we later realized we could of goten tickets for $65 directly from the box office with a discount code from online and at the box office you can select your seats. TKTS gives you what they have. Also with TKTS I remember I was at Spring Awakening like 2 weeks b4 it closed and asked the guy what he had for the night show. He was like Standing room is the cheapest we have and some premium seats, if u want a seat try TKTS there's $70 tonight. I asked him where they were he said Side Partial view. So Be careful with TKTS most times if it's on TKTS u can go to the box office and get better seats for either cheaper or the same price as TKTS.
Also I know Guys & Dolls has a discount out there for I believe $51.50.
Hope I helped & after it opens I think they'll have SRO at least they did for RENT anyway.
