Is there any reason why the last two rows of the balcony in the St. James are 20 bucks less than the other 6 rows in the balcony?
Are they really that worse than the other six?

I've bought seats up there. Those seats are fine. Usually the balcony's half empty and the people in the last two rows can move down. The first row of that balcony isn't great, though, because there's a guardrail that it's hard to see over.

I had balcony seats for the matinee today, and they had closed the balcony and sat us immediately in the mezzanine.

The balcony seats are fine, but it's always great if the ushers ask you to move down which if your seeing the show anytime soon, they probably will do so.
