HAIR - ticket distribution in boroughs

Hi there-
Am just wondering if anyone has ever tried to get tickets for Shakespeare in the Park productions when they do the borough distributions. They are going to do a distribution at the Queens Center Mall, and I am just wondering if I should expect a total madhouse if I go. If the distribution starts at 1, what would be a good time to get there? While I appreciate the grand art of speculation and educated guesses, I am only looking for responses from people who have actually done this before, because I assume this is a different beast than the Central Park line. When is this being held? I googled it and can't find any info about it. I live in Queens and this might be the best way for me to get tix.
