HERE LIES LOVE: Public Theatre Website Question

If the HERE LIES LOVE website indicates "no tickets available online" for a particular performance, does that mean no rush/standby is available at the box office? It's unclear.

I asked the box office when I saw Venice last week and was told rush is only available when the show isn't sold out.

But, they also have subscribers who can cancel after booking, so sometimes things open up last minute. They will still try and sell them full price first, though.
