Went into this tonight with no information whatsoever and now I have a headache from laughing so hard. Lesli Margherita leads a four person "cast" through a goes-wrong-esque recreation of the ill-fated multimillion dollar holiday spectacular she had directed, but due to various horrifying circumstances, can't go on as planned.

This closes on the 23rd and there are lots of ways to get cheap tickets - if you're in LA, get to this! Lesli is giving a performance for the gods, Jason Michael Snow is fabulous, George Salazar is a riot, and Maryann Hu is fantastic. There's clearly a lot of improv and surprises for the cast at each show, and the song selections are deeply deranged.

Don't wanna spoil much, but I really hope this comes back next year for a longer run, and I'm not sure why the Playhouse has been so quiet about it? Clips from this thing would go nuts on TikTok. Has really been an amazing year for the Pasadena Playhouse!
