It's a very cute re-telling of the Ugly Duckling story. It won the Olivier for Best Musical in London a few years back and it had it's American Premiere at NSMT. Google it, I'm pretty sure there are some websites about it out there.

yeah i do know a little bit about this musical but mattio pretty much has the story straight forward , i just have a song from it in my repetoire

My high school did this show two years ago. Neat show, basically what Mattio said, it's the story of the ugly duckling.
