What's there to study? I love Hairspray, but it's as two-dimensional as Flat Stanley.

I'm sure if DFWTheatreguy was still a member, he would just want to talk about the black actors in a negative way.

two dimensional? Really, if you thin hairspray is two dimensional, you were distracted by the flashy colors and wonderful songs and missed the actual story and substance, because there are many layers.
