I found the tracks backed to a bootleg of the OBC. Why do they have one they don't even have a production?

It seems to be a popular european thing, where they put out these cheap CDs that are sung over the originals, I unfortunately bought 2 lion king CDs, one supposed to be the London Cast and one supposed to me a German cast, they were like 2 pounds each and are horrible.
