Do I like HAIRSPRAY? No, not really. I have never seen what all of the fuss was about. It is a good, mindless show. It is not great. It has a few funny lines and some good songs. The people who are now and who have been in it are very talented. But the show just doesn't float my boat.
Cool quiz, although I believe the last question is a trick question. Tracy doesn't wear a robe in Good Morning Batltimore, she is wearing a nightgown.

I recently heard this story from my friend Bridget:
Bridget (somehow) knows the mother of Danelle Eugenia Wilson, the original Lil' Inez. Bridget went to go see Hairspray one night and she was invited backstage by Danelle. So Bridget goes backstage and meets the original cast, yadda, yadda, yadda. Bridget decides to leave, so she goes out of the stage door. All of the fans immediately scream and shout and throw Playbills in her face, thinking she is Marissa Jaret Winokur. "No," says Bridget. "I'm just another short, fat white girl." Marissa comes out behind her and says, "I knew that would happen!"
