Harry Potter Cancellation Line - chances and prices?

Wondering whether people have been successful waiting in the cancellation line for Harry Potter and how much the tix have been?  I've been trying with the Friday Forty but not having any luck yet.

Cancellation prices can be everything from premium down to the cheapest price, depends on what tickets they get... there's no real rhyme or reason to such things.
