Harry Potter Friday Forty CANT GO :(

Has anyone been able to do anything with Friday Forty tickets if they can't go? I got scheduled for a presentation that I can't get out of at the last minute. I can go and try to find a place nearby to quickly give the presentation via Skype, but it starts at 2 and so does the show, so I will likely miss the first hour. I'd love to have someone else get the tix and not just be out $80, but the policy is apparently pretty strict and they check IDs at check-ins. 

Any experiences/suggestions with my situation? Thanks!!!

You may be able to pick up the tickets the day before, I'm going to test this theory tonight (going tomorrow but I'll be in the area tonight for Tootsie so I'm going to see if I can find out my seats early). I'll report back if they allow that (I know with regular will call tickets you can pick up up to 72 hours before), if they do you may be able to get them and meet someone at the theater a day or so before your show.

Just wanna come back and say you can't pick them up before the day of the first part, hope I didn't get your hopes up.

Only way is to pick them up as soon as box office opens if it’s not too out of the way. I won and grabbed them for friends, but I’m relatively close to city.

Yeah, it's unfortunately a 1.5-2 hr drive, so it wouldn't really be worth it to get out there and not go May just need to sort it out or let them go...

Oh wow that’s super annoying :/ sorry for the predicament. I’m not 100% sure their policy. If you are somehow able to get them early I am definitely interested in buying them off you. If it helps, I wouldn’t mind running to the box office sometime this week and asking them specifically about this situation. What day(s) are they for?

I know- it should be so exciting, but it has turned into quite an ordeal :p The show is on Wed, starting at 2pm

Oh man, I definitely can't go on a Wednesday afternoon, my boss would kill me if i asked to take off for a broadway show haha. Good luck, I hope it works out for you!
