I have 4 tix to Harry Potter Parts 1 and 2 for Saturday Feb 2, 2019. Dress Circle row F Seats 2-8 Looking to exchange for 4 seats most any other Saturday or Sunday

Why not get a refund and just look for better seats on other days? Seems more likely than someone wanting to book the show seven months in advance.

Isn’t it now set up that anyone who purchased tickets after April 2018 are no longer eligible for a refund? So, unless this individual purchased their tickets prior to April, the box office will not issue them a refund.

The initial block of tickets were sold through March, so I figured this was bought right out of the gate... otherwise, why buy a ticket recently for that far out?
