It opened in the West End a while back. I would love it if they brought it Broadway! Here's a cast
Mrs. Peacock-Natasha Richardson Mr. Green-Christopher Sieber Miss. Scarlet-Jenn Gambatesse Cornlel Mustard-Dick Latessa Mrs. White-Harvey Fiersten Professor Plum-Denis O'Hare Mr. Boddy-Alfred Molina The Detective-Victoria Clark
Actually in the musical Mrs. White was actually protrayed by a man (possibley for the funny).Mrs. Peacock was an entupanuer (think Donald Trump). Miss. Scarlet was a singer/actress. Mr. Green was the king of the stock bissness. Conlnel Mustard was an old army vereten. And I have no idea what Professor Plum is but I ain't paying the that much attention http://cluethemusical.com/main
Sara Gettelfinger comes to my mind as a Scarlet-type, but I don't know much about the show.
Rosencrantz: "Be happy - if you're not even HAPPY what's so good about surviving? We'll be all right. I suppose we just go on."
- from Tom Stoppard's Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead
Saw it seven years ago at the Omaha Community Playhouse; brilliant and Mrs. White is played by a man. It's quite funny; I loved the whole thing and they change endings each time. So much fun!
hahaha... i played mrs white in my high school production of Clue: the musical...
of course it is supposed to be played by a man in drag and it took SO much work to get any of the jokes to land... sans-weiner...
but how funny to see that the role you've played is dreamcast as Harvey !!!!
yaaay
There's nothing you can know that isn't known.
Nothing you can see that isn't shown.
Nowhere you can be that isn't where you're meant to be.
It's easy:
ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE.
