I am bumping this thread because I've heard rumors that Haylie's engagement has been extended into November. Does anyone know for sure if she has left the show (as of yesterday) or is staying until a later date?

Wow I saw it Sat, no idea it was that close to her leaving.

I just have to say, although you may not like that he celebrity status got her the role, she actually did do a pretty good job and had the catty, nasty acting down to a T. I mean, I saw her do it twice, and I really enjoyed her much more than I though I wsould, being a former skeptic. I think that anyone going in with an open mind would enjoy her, so please lay off the bashing.

Now if you really wanna talk about whats wrong with the current Hairspray, lets talk about Blake Hammond and Stephen DeRosa's scripted forced-cracking each other up during "Timeless to Me". Now THAT was obnoxious.

jeez this is so bad....what will the show do....it is such a tragic loss i hope they can recover...my prayers are with the hairspray cast. maybe after ashlee is done with Chicago they can do lunch.
