Come out to see the first installment of Hear & Now: a Contemporary Composer Series.

The show is this Monday, May 2nd at OPIA - 130 East 57th Street (between Lex & Park) at 9pm.

The evening will showcase four talented "next generation" composers including Jeff Blumenkrantz, Neil Bartram, Steven Jamail, and Peter Foley. Performing at the event will be Megan Hilty (Wicked's new Glinda), Jeffrey Kuhn (Wicked, Assassins, Ragtime), Nikki Renee Daniels (Aida, Nine), Manoel Felciano (Brooklyn, Shockheaded Peter), and many more.

The event is a benefit for Lonely Sky Theatre Company, a new-to-the-scene theatre company dedicated to producing contemporary musical theatre, and providing more opportunities for actors, directors, writers, and other theatre artists.

Hey you guys - just soyouknow, this isn't a "shill" - Lonely Sky is the theatre company that I founded here in NYC with Chip Klose.

This concert is going to be UNBELIEVABLE. If you're in the city, you will definitely want to try to make it.

(I'll even be singing a song or two myself...:)
