Is that "Gordon" singing the echoes as well? It sounds like Mr. Gets sings both. How did they do this on stage or was it just for the recording?

Do you mean at the beginning? There are two voices at the beginning: Mr. Gets' and Keith Byron Kirk's, I believe.

No, it's either Malcolm Gets singing the melody with "The Minister" (Keith Byron Kirk) singing the echoes, or vice-versa.
