I'm going to be auditioning for a production of Hello Dolly and I would love to look at the script beforehand. Any tips of where to find it online would be greatly appreciated...thanks!!!

Dolly was published in a mass market sized paperback around the time the show was playing. The edition is a collector's item. I have a copy but it isn't leaving my house. I don't recall any other edition of the script.
Tams Witmark has copies of the script although having an audition for the show may not be enough to get you a perusal copy.
Best bet is to take a look at the source play, The Matchmaker by Thornton Wilder. There ought to be a copy in a decent library. I think the musical follows the structure of the play closely enough. I know the film of The Matchmaker does.

Thanks so much...I ran to the library today and got it---very helpful!!
People keep their scrips sometimes when they are in a comunity production. I have friends that keep them for future refrance.. and sometimes play houses have boxes of them in basements. Try asking in places like that
