I have a problem. I will be in NY on a Sunday night and not many shows are on that night. I am not really a Mamma Mia fan but it seems like it may be the only show that is slightly appealing (at least to me).
Questions - TKTS is open late Sunday. Is Mamma Mia usually on the board for the Sunday evening show? I am surprised that TKTS is open later Sunday given the few shows that run on Sunday night. Is the line anything to speak of late Sunday (5 to 6 pm)?
Is anyone in Times Square later Sunday?
Thanks for any help, insight, suggestions, etc.

There are many Off Broadway shows on Sunday evenings. Also check TalkinBroadway's FAQ. Under FAQ they have a link for each night's performance. It's not always updated. Or just go through sites that list shows (Theatermania.com, NYtheatre.com, etc.) they have preformance times listed.
There are Broadway shows that play Sunday nights. Avenue Q does, 12 Angry Men, Mamma Mia, Chicago.
I've never seen Mama Mia on the TKTS boards but then again I don't look often enough.
Also Beauty and the Beast, Wonderful Town, Rent, and you never know when there might be an Actors Fund show. Check the TKTS board late Sunday afternoon to see what's available on and off Broadway.
