which seats would be best for Phantom

Left Orchestra Row H, Seats 13-15
Center Front Mezz Row E, Seats 101-102

agreed. The mezz at the majestic is close to the stage, and it's prime placement for The Phantom's entrances late in Act 1. Not to mention the Chandelier.

I sat in the rear orchestra (TDF seats), and you miss the chandelier, which some people don't care about, but others think it's an important part of the "Phantom experience" (I couldn't think of a better way to put it.) And the overhang is pretty close. So go with the front mezz.
