Look into songs from "Closer than Ever"

I've Got Love, from Purlie...
Anytime, from Elegies
Evita's song... Buenos Aires, Rainbow High
Look at all the girls songs from LaChiusa's Hello Again... GREAT stuff there.
And Happy to Keep His Dinner Warm... Usually mixed... but might be interesting if belted..
What is her range?
I've heard Happy to Keep His Dinner Warm all belted...if you can pull it off, do it.

having just sat through auditions where we asked to hear high belt I would not recommend The Wild Party...EVERY ONE did it. Happy to Keep His Dinner Warm is a good suggustion. Always True To You from Kiss Me Kate, Kander and Ebb stuff, and anything from Funny Girl (Coronet Man especially) are good for more classic stuff. For new music theater I'd look into Hello Again and shy away from Jason Robert Brown. And for pop I personally really like The Wiz, Purlie, We Will Rock You, and Footloose (the last two are totally cheesey, b¨t i love them :)
"summer in ohio" from the last five years
God, just please make sure this girl actually HAS a high belt. Nothing worse than a girl screaming flat notes at the top of her lungs, or reaching a really powerful point in the song and going into a really bad, forced head voice...
