This book was supposed to come out October 2017, then it was pushed back to April 2018, and now there's no release date at all.
Does anyone know what's happening with this book's release? Legal issues?

wow this sounds like a mess! It did get reviewed before the expected publication date last year, though. Maybe one of those review copies will show up on eBay or Strand or somewhere.
