I am involved in a revue at my school where the directors are hoping to use this song. They have a recording of it for me to hear, but the person they though had sheet music of it discovered they didn't. I don't even know what show this is from but I would appreciate it if anyone could put me in touch with someone who has it! Colony didn't even have it!

Oh, that is SUCH a great song. That and "Build a Better Mousetrap" were sung by Betty Hutton in the 1944 film AND THE ANGELS SING. The title song is one of my favorite songs EVER.

I'd LOVE to meet your directors. They sound fab.

What about my own personal favorite, "Rumble Rumble Rumble"?

Anyway, "His Rocking Horse Ran Away" was recently featured in Swinging on a Star, the Johnny Burke revue. Perhaps you could order a perusal copy of the score and get it from there?
