Philly- It has been true since at least 1996, through to this season. Only the child roles would be recast (and sometimes not even then). And, it was not unusual at all for a show to premiere at Pocono before heading down to Bucks.

I am a bagel on a plateful of onion rolls. If you know what I'm talking about, good. If you don't, you're on your own!
