How hard is it to get a ticket? When do I have to be there?

you can buy them in advance for a tuesday-thursday

I asked at the box office today if you had to buy the tickets the day of the show or if you could buy them in advance like last time and guy said now you have to buy them the day of the show only. I suppose he could have been lying though.
