"Napoleon" was originally from HOORAY FOR WHAT, and later recycled by Arlen and Harburg for their show JAMAICA. Many years ago I saw an Off-Off Broadway revival of the show. They had the script for the show, but not music for all the songs. IIRC, plot had to do with an absent-minded scientist (played originally by Ed Wynn -- now probably best known for singing "I Love to Laugh" in "Mary Poppins" ) who creates a dangerous gas that spy is trying to get. Spy copies (in reverse) formula using mirror resulting in creating a laughing gas.
