Does anyone know if Leah Hocking's name is pronounced as "Lee" or "Lee-ah" i know two people named leah but they pronounce it differently

Manoel Feliciano - what you wrote is right as far as Spanish, except that ci in Spanish is si, so felisiano.
And I should add, re Nederlander, if it's of German derivation, it's Niederlander, in which case, the "NEEderlander" pronunciation is not angelecized but is the German pronunciation.

It's Manoel Felciano. There's only one "i" in his last name.
