I checked broadway.com but they didn't have a running time posted. A friend of mine is coming all the way up Alabama to see Max and Laura. She really wants to see Max and wants to see him at the stage door. But she's heard how crazy it is there and she's afraid it'll be too crowded for her to see him (and she's only about 4' tall). Since she went above and beyond for me on my birthday I've offered to head up to the city and save her a spot at the stage door. It's my turn to be fairy godmother to my fairy godmother. I want to get there before the show ended but I don't want to get there TOO early and look like a total nerd standing by the stage door all by my little self. Do you guys thing I should be okay if I get there by 9:30ish?
It's 2 hours plus a 15 minute intermission. You should visit the stage door after the show, not before.
2 hours too long.

Long enough to be enjoyable. I loved it.

Sandy's costume for the finale is so unflattering in this production. Even the hairstyle is unattractive.
this show is unflattering. The font of the logo, the music blaring outside the theater...it's all very unflattering - so at least it's consistant.
