How can I get a podcast?

I saw articles on this website that I can get podcasts with the shows. How can I get these podcasts? Or where do I find them? Because I searched the site and could not find anything

Make sure have the newest version of iTunes, then in the iTunes store, click on Podcasts. You can search for them - the theatre ones I know of can be found if you search "Downstage Center." They're interviews. Find one you like, and just click "get." They're free!

Well, the thing is I already have a podcasting software which in my opinion is way better then iTunes. It is called Podspider(www.podspider.com) and it is easier to use then iTunes. You guys should give it a try...
But coming back to my first question, I wanted the URL of these podcasts, so I could enter it in my database and I thought I have missed it somewhere on this website
