Posted: 6/12/05 at 3:08pmI know that Norbert signed a one year contract to be in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and Hugh Jackman signed up for one year in the Boy From Oz. My question is: are all main "stars" signed up to be with a particular show for a year or does it vary greatly?

Since this is sorta related, does anyone know how long Tim Curry, Hank Azaria, David Hyde Pierce, etc. will be in Spamalot?
My family wants to get tickets, but they want to know how long they're contracted for.

Posted: 6/13/05 at 1:04amHank left the show until September, but you won't be able to get tickets until March, so you're safe. He'll probably stay until at least June. Same for the other two.

Actually, for "Spamalot" both David Hyde Pierce and Tim Curry are contracted through December 21st - a one year contract from the beginning of the Chicago run - and neither of them will have a break from the show like Hank. So they won't be around next year unless they decide to extend their run.
And Hank won't be back until the end of November.
