Posted: 3/15/05 at 4:36pmI'm seeing Spamalot friday night. I just watched holy grail for maybe the hundredth time five minutes ago( well finished). I was wondering how much alike is spamalot and holy grail?

Act one is very similar. Act two deviates from the plot often, and by the end it is very different.
You'll notice that some of the scenes in Holy Grail have been removed in favor of some new pieces that are more Broadway suited than movie-suited.

Posted: 3/15/05 at 5:01pmHehe. Then again, I saw it in previews, so god knows how much is different now. Noticably absent is the cow song, thankfully. While watching it, it was funny, but afterward you realized it was pointless. Sara rocked it, though.
