Posted: 4/14/04 at 10:18pmNo. His physical appearance is great. He just looks in his 30's and has alot of credits on his resume. While possible it is more realistic that his accomplishments rack up to more than a few years out of highschool or college.

According to an interview done when the show first opened, he was 25 at the time, so, yes, he is 26. And yes, he met Jim Henson when he was 16 and got a job on Sesame Street.
Stephanie D. is 31, and has also been working at Sesame St. for 10 years.
Rick "combover from hell" Lyon has been there 25 years - he must be late 40's.

He just has so many credits on his resume, and I think it says he did 8 seasons of Sesame Street. It never crossed my mind that he was so young when he started.
