How's Mezzanine Row F Seat 10 at the Nederlander?

I need to know everything. Has anybody sat in this seat before? I don't care about Seat 8 or 12, I just want to know whether Row F, Seat 10 in the mezzanine section is a good seat.
How far away is it from the proscenium? Do you think there are better seats than this? How much space is there between the edge of my seat and the back of the seat in front of me? I need it in exact inches. I NEED TO KNOW EVERYTHING

Yes it is.
Apparently Elvis didn't die on the toilet... it was in Seat 10 Row F at the Nederlander.

It's cursed, they usually rope it off... guess they changed that policy.

Speaking of mezz row F, how is it at the Eugene O' Neill?
Mezz. row H at the Hirschfield?

That seat is in the rear rt. mezz., five seats in from the aisle. Rear mezz at the Neder is undoubtedly the worst place to sit. There is VERY little legroom, and, NO, I don't know how much in inches but it's very little. So yes, there are hundreds of better seats in the theatre. I hope you have short legs.
