How to get NYTW preview tickets?

I'm hoping to get tickets to one of the first two previews of How To Defend Yourself. The website says tickets will be on sale on January 11, but that tickets for the first two previews (which are $25 each) will not be available for purchase online. Do I need to call the box office to purchase these tickets?

It says "We are sorry but this event cannot be booked online."

I have a subscription and i got my ticket last week.

No but the first week. Weird. I wonder why they’re not available
