Hunchback at Papermill Playbill Request

Has anyone ever written to Papermill for a signed playbill? I sent to Hunchback when it was in La Jolla and never received a response. Does anyone think they would if I tried? Would it be easier to write to someone individually?

I wrote to Can-Can, asking for a cast signed playbill, and for Kate to sign a couple things. 3 months later, I got a reply with just my stuff I sent to Kate. So it's a big gamble.
