I could read these contracts all day!! I LOVE them!

I should mention, though, that the reason for these demands is almost without exception, just to make sure the venue read the contract fully...so mny venues don't, so...when things are right, you don't have to worry, but, when things are not right...it may be a sign of trouble. And, knowing of the trouble early on can help stop things like not getting paid.
