I swear I was just punching in random dates and choosing days and times without even knowing if they were the same....I was just bored. Then, all of a sudden, Row C Mezzanine for February 10th!!!!
I've never been in the Mezz at the St. James......can anyone tell me how my view will be? my seats are on the right towards the center of the aisle, seats 14-16...??

Oh wow! That is so lucky! I've been doing the same thing & finally just got through. I live in Australia, but I'll be in NYC in February, which is the best coincidence!! I got up at 4am local time to get tickets, but couldnt get through. Now, 10.40 am, I just thought I'd have 1 more try (thinking it'd be sold out hours ago) and got a Row O Center Orch ticket for the Feb 11 matinee. I wanted feb 10 (like you) but couldnt get thru!
Now I just hope N&M do matinees....

The mezz is great there.. I was on the front row and felt quite close to the stage.. I am sure you will not feel much further away !!
Incidentally I was at the end of the row far right but sightlines were excellent with no obstruction...

Bronte', what is it with you and THE PRODUCERS tickets? You're coming across as being in a dizzy state about this. Why do you keep creating separate posts on this topic? In another post you talked aobut your parents using connections to get you tickets and they did before they went on sale. Still you've been posting hysterical all weekend with a countdown till sale time. Now hitting Telecharge all day to get more tickets. Are you creating your own frenzy and it appears trying to whip a frenzy among the board? It's starting to come across a little weird. Are you a PRODUCERS marketing person? Are you really Stroman? Com'on, come clean. LOL.

Yes, I'm Stroman!
First, if you read the post I wrote about my mom getting tickets from connections, I never asked her to. I had planned to come online and call telecharge since they announced the date. The tickets I got from my mom, I am using those to go with my mom so they are as much for her as they are for me. The tickets I'm getting today I am buying myself and they are for me and a few of my friends who never got to see the show when Nathan and Matthew were in it last time.
As for a frenzy, there are so many members I could accuse of doing the same thing with this whole thing. But who cares? It's all in good fun. Sorry if I sound in a "frenzy", I'm just excited. Haven't you ever been excited about anything? Anyway, whatever, I only posted that I was able to find tickets because I know a few people I talk to on here had stopped trying because they didn't think anything was left. I was just excited and wanted to let people know there are tickets left, I'm not going mention any names for fear that you may attack them as well.

It reads like an attack no doubt. It's all just pretty silly to me.
Cheers!

So what if some of us are excited to get a chance to see one of the most successful shows in recent years with its original cast? How often do you get a chance like this? And yes, it does often make a difference who is in the play and not just how good the play is... I mean, 'Phantom' is a good play, but I remember seeing Michael Crawford in it like it was yesterday- his voice sent shivers down my spine! I never saw it again after he left because I didn't think anyone else would compare to him. I never would have gone to see 'Man of La Mancha' other than for the chance to hear Brian Stokes Mitchell. And who would take over for Tovah Feldshuh in 'Golda's Balcony' if she dropped out? There is nothing like the experience of seeing a truly exceptional performer in a part they were meant to play.
I didn't put a lot of effort into getting my Matthew/Nathan Producers tix, but I was lucky enough to get them and I wouldn't sell them for any amount on Ebay!

Posted: 11/17/03 at 8:40amAfter my excitement of getting tickets subsided, I became really worried because I'm seeing a matinee and I was be devasted if one or the other isn't there. I heard they both had to call out a lot last time.

Posted: 11/17/03 at 10:07amBut both were never out at the same time. Nathan even "suffered" through matinees when Matthew was on vacation. If you should get Brad as Max, he's terrific!
