#1I GOT A STAGE MANAGER INTERVIEW!!!!!
Posted: 4/10/08 at 9:24pmI just got info today that I have an interview at the Denver Center for a stage management internship. I was going to bring my portfolio but was wondering if i should keep all of my lighting and sound etc. stuff in it or just my stage manager stuff in it. and any way to up my chances of getting the internship.

I would consider at least making sure your stage management work vastly overwhelms your lighting and sound stuff. Maybe only put in your favorite lighting, and sound design.
I know some people would say to get rid of anything non-stage management, but I would think it can show that you are able to communicate well with and understand the needs of designers.
But then again I could be full of crap... Hope you get the internship!
