This week, within 10 minutes, I've gotten through to purchase tickets. Orchestra First Row! Finally success!

I went on line and got through twice. Front row orchestra both times. Then it got slow getting through on line. Now I just get the "exceeding the allotment" message immediately after making a selection. I've put in a lot of dates and nothing appears available now.

When I called, all I got was a busy signal. I'm calling from California and used the toll free number from the recording earlier this AM [phone].

Today makes up for the frustration I had last week!!!

Well, I got through to two different numbers, but both of them aren't selling past December 28!

That was the AmEx Gold Card number. Today the phone numbers were [phone] in the NY area and for us out of towners, [phone]. I have the feeling it's sold out or they're taking a breather before offering more tickets. I'm getting the same message that tickets are not available.
