I'm not sure what everyone was talking about on these boards. I purposely didn't buy a ticket after reading the boards but after reading the NYTimes review I decided to get a ticket. It was SUPER FUN! The cast is spectacular especially Faith Prince & Jennifer Simard...Loved Adam Pascal and Roger Bart and cutie Max Crumm was perfect in his role. I smiled the entire time. I loved the throwback 70's set...reminded me of my hometown shopping mall. Everyone was in fine voice especially Adam. No it's not Hamilton but who cares...it was just a great escape and the audience has a blast. The women next to me were about to get up and start dancing. I see a lot of shows and I hope this one sticks around for a while. I'd take friends from out of town to see this.
